Injuries or ill surely. Worried that Lockyer / J Clarke just aren't good enough. Hope I'm proved wrong. Lockyer / J Clarke aren't good enough. Confirmation.

Lockyer is good enough, but if what's happening around him is a disorganised mess, and the wide players don't stop crosses coming in, he's on a hiding to nothing.

I know you keep banging on about a defensive coach - and I think to a degree you are right. However the fundamental problem is that Lockyer just hasn't looked in control all season. He has under-performed and I have no idea why he continues to be an automatic choice. I think he needs a rest. Just my opinion...

Positives: Matty scored The sh*t have broken their record of consecutive league defeats. My congratulations go to Squeeky Johnson.

I only keep saying the same thing out of frustration because we keep letting the same basic things happen, and it's costing us games. We've tried multiple formations, multiple personnel, same result, the manager says they are working on defending, so unless you can think of something different to try, my suggestion is a new person with fresh ideas to get us better organised with defending?

Central defenders that can actually defend might be a good start.

people who say about defensive coaching is all very well but lockyer, hartley, james clarke and clarke-salter havnt been good enough and of course roos and puddy have struggled. I liken it too man city in that if the players are not up to that level like otomendy, stones etc even if pep guardiola is coaching your going to let goals in.

Not saying you are wrong, but so many goals we let in are carbon copies. You could have the best defenders around, if the midfield in front of them don't do their job then the defenders don't stand a chance. Remember Adam Barrett, struggled here, mainly because we had no cover in front of him, went to Sarfend and did OK for himself. Wide players who stop crosses coming in would be nice as well.

1,991 Gas there per RadBris. Pretty darn impressive on a brass monkeys Saturday in January for a team that can't get a point away from home

Hard to put words down but anyway what a very average team no poor team Walsall were we were poor average at best a draw would have been a fair result how we concede 3 against poor teams like this is beyond belief I can only assume the same god's that somehow helped Leicester to win the premiership have now abandoned them and decided to put the mockers on us instead that's another £100 + down the drain just don't tell the missi 's.

My congratulations go to Squeeky Johnson.Would this be Squeeky Johnson I or Squeeky Johnson II I wonder, cos they're both doing swimmingly well at present. And long may it continue eh. Still, that Kaiser chap will be along shortly to explain why it is that B*FC have just suffered a club record eighth successive league defeat.

Just back.Gaffney and Lockyer really poor.Sadly Gaffney provides no goal threat whatsoever. Not as bad as Shrewsbury but in that match we had ,Colkett,Hartley and Baoeteng. To-day we had no flair or quality.Big decisions looming.
