As players, some of them need to start looking at themselves and get back to doing the basics.
For the second goal, browner AND monty just stand there 5 yards off the man watching him play it back and forth with his mate. No press of the ball, no shutting it down, just let him swing it in. While the things in the air Locks & Hartley are looking at it & Leads was so weak when the ball dropped it was embarrassing.
Lots to be said about Roos yet again but that kind of defending is comical. Still, plenty out there remain convinced that if we merely replace the keeper AGAIN everything will go back to normal & we'll be back pissing teams off the park.
Not going to happen I'm afraid.

Trolls reckoned that his side had taken us as far as they were capable of - middle of Division 3 - and so he jettisoned Effin Brilliant, Ginger Dis, Cams, Goal Machine Hinton et al
the Board backed him big to sign players who could take us to the next level - Snowflake, Williams, Regan and co
remember how that worked out?

ampg I am not suggesting he get rid of everyone, and personally I think he is a bit more astute than that. Remember Monkhouse who served us well, it was the right time for him to go and we still got promotion even though many said he should have been retained. I expect DC will send some out on loan to cut cost and bring others in. I thought his point about how much he has spent was valid and makes me think he has already been told what he can spend. Lets hope he does indeed spend wisely. |

People might not agree but I think we have enough good players to get us into the playoffs again they just need to play together more often to gain some confidence what's the point in new players if we play a different team every match told a friend to get some money on barrow on Saturday which he did couldn't bet on the gas losing the result was oh so predictable.
