I predict a yellow card (or two!). Let's hope we improve our discipline over silly cards like kicking ball away/dissent etc.. I'm sorry my prediction came true. As much as I like Sincs, it doesn't concern me too much because I think with our team ethic, we can fill the gap he leaves in a different way. We do need to address our disciplinary record though. What I liked about poort vale (!) game: Ollie Clarke. Asked to play on left, but not as a winger, he got in his challenges. Broke some movements up. Nice shot on target, cleanly hit. Played in Browner for cross that led to goal. Roos. Looks more confident and promising. Locks. Much better and hardly anything got past him. Ellis near m o m performance. Easter. Class. Byron Moore. Maybe he was inspired because of opposition? I thought he played the winger we've been screaming out for. What didn't like: Crowd at times quiet in first half for a 9000 attendance. DC again got the shape wrong at start of match as allowed poort vale too much space. This isn't first time we have started wrong formation, I wonder if it is linked to why we usually go 1-0 down? Poort vale were exactly that. Poor. Play acting, time wasting. I hope we end up above teams that conduct themselves like this. Boooing of our own time wasting tactics by minority. Excellent 6 points, well done team and management for results, but more importantly dominating performances that deservedly bring rewards. UptheGas!

Ellis made a poor decision on a break just now, but has played well, scored, and now looks 'knackered' per RadBris Sincs in the book - 5th of the season for him :-( He had 2 opportunities to run inside with the ball and had open space on both occasions but instead went to the corner, tried to play the game out but got stupidly booked in that aim. I have always backed Ellis and he is still young but he is very much now a senior player and I think he sometimes lets the immaturity show.

I thought Gaffney played well but he was playing more as a wide right hand side player and I believe he will come good. I think he was unlucky yesterday and one cross just inches away from two heads. I feel for him right now as it must be very frustrating

I feel for him right now as it must be very frustrating We know he's got alot to offer, just feel he needs one goal - however it goes in - to kick start his Gas career. Not sure whether Ellis is best choice for his strike partner though? Some good running though, and a great rob of ball and cross in first half..

Just got back. We played ok first half and draw was fair at half time.
Second half Bristol were simply better than us. Their forwards gave us lots of trouble. We improved with Cicilia who showed some really good touches. The new winger Shalaj also looked promising.
As for Bristol, they didn't look a poor side to me. Lines played ok but Easter was their best player.
Taken from their forum.
There are a few whom think they should've beaten us if they want to achieve anything this season..

Harrison's (legal) time wasting at the end was exactly the right thing to do. And he didn't even get booked.
