Bristol ladies are now called bristol city after starting out as rovers initially and playing in filton. Never watching them again... Well that's a little bit childish isn't it? It's women's football. They represent the city. Likewise with Bristol rugby. Everyone should support them and want them to do well irrelevant of the football side you support. I've always found following Bristol City and Bristol rugby perfectly suited no matter where Bristol were playing. They represent Bristol. So if you like rugby them you absolutely should get behind them. apart from the bit bristol city ladies spot on

Bristol deserve all of the sports fans support from Bristol. Football comes a fair distance in front of rugby in my care factor but it'd be great for the city and right that we have a Premiership rugby team. If Exeter can have one, Bristol certainly can. T.b.h no they don't for every childish remark you think we're throwing at them, they threw ten times that amount at us. Haven't really followed Rugby since the 90's but would rather go to Kingholm or the Rec. Besides I will not feed the abomination that is Bristol sport in any shape or form the man is megalomaniac feeding his ego for his own narcissistic ends. Will not put a penny into any of that man's businesses.

He is a businessman and thus knows that the removal or weakening of rivals can only help his business. Does Tesco wish Sainsburys success? No, obviously not. So, with sincere apologies to Rovers fans who like Bristol Rugby, I hope Bristol waste as much of their owner's money as possible and distract him and his team as much as possible from the football bit of the Great Project. I suspect this will be achieved by a perpetual failure to be a successful Premiership team.

Why should anyone get behind a team just because they have the word bristol in their name, i like rugby but detest bristol, there are many better clubs to watch in bristol, bristol rugby club always have been so far up their own backsides that it makes it impossible for many people to support, for the record if i go to a rugby match it will be bath as the whole club is much more friendly, prefer the lower league sides like cliftons as again they are more friendly and more accomadating to the ordinary fan

Won't be giving Bristol Rugby any my time or money while under the ownership of SL, and wish them nothing but failure.

Serious question. If we attend your pit to watch rugby will we be asked to provide receipts to prove we've paid for the cloths we are wearing?
Not sure about the rugby but you have to have results such as this on their turnstyle scanner to get in to the gate these days, technology eh!;
