I didn't say that, he's certainly done a very good job though! I mean he came in on the 2nd of March and since then 10 wins, 2 draws and 1 defeat in 13 games. What a fantastic job Will Dubey has done! Can you confirm he has had a direct input into DC's selection and tactics for those games ? Can you confirm he didn't?

Can you confirm he didn't? Nope that's why i asked you because you give the impression in your post that you did Well using statistical analysis similar to what Dubes would use pre-Dubey we had a points per game average of 1.6. After his appointment the average went to 2.46 over a 13 game period. If we'd have started the season with Will in the set up we'd have managed 113 points (well 113.6 but let's round down for the sake of it). If he'd not come we'd have managed 74 (73.6 I'm rounding up this time to make Will look bad). Without Will we'd have missed out on the Playoffs by a point!
Quite the revelation imo.

Why do we waste money on paying DC, Stewart and Yates?

Copied from the other place, a post by Gashead1981 :- "I was next to him at the D and G game for the first half and we were talking all through the game. He Knew every D&G player inside out. I said I liked the look of Cash just before he scored. He knew where he was on loan from, how many goals he had scored for his academy side and a load of other minor facts. Was very impressed, he seemed to know and have studied every player in detail. He's a genuine lovely bloke too. His passion for us came through when we scored too. Seemed more than just a job to him. I think we will reap the rewards of him being here." Looks like he is doing his job well !!

Noting wrong with copying the egg chasers...
Attacking coach, Defence coach, general coach, GK coach, performance analyst. Scout, U21/development coach.
Sounds like DC is being given the means to set things up in a modern way.
