He had better get permission from a few on here who only yesterday were adamant he didn't need any help

That's completely different to him recruiting to 'his coaching staff'.

Does this mean Marcus is on his way to Exeter City then? I asked if this meant Marcus was off as you'd thought Harris would want the assistant manager's job if he was to leave Portsmouth (plus 2 extras seems a bit excessive), but the person seemed to think these were both additionals. He didn't seem to know what roles they'd be fulfilling.

It would be great if next season we could have a full time U21's/reserves team playing in a league with regular scheduled matches. The last 6 years have been a shambles since the reserves were axed, i'm hoping now the new regime is here, funding won't be an issue. I could see someone like Shaun North being a good fit for an u21 managers role, and Mikey Harris would be a very good addition to the first team set up as he's not just a good football coach but also a good fitness coach.

If the stories about Shaun North are true then he may not be the best possible role model for U21 players.

If you read the op I said Stewart and Yates were quite young and should we bring in someone with more experience ( at a higher level ) never mentioned age however if say weal brought in sir Alex to help would that be nuts and frankly insulating

Given we seem to have just released every non 1st team U21 player bar Kilgor that seems pretty unlikely? Surprised Rovers would consider having anybody back connected to the Buckle era, even so North's CV since leaving us is hardly impressive being shown the door by non league Cheltenham (by Buckle on his arrival!) and Eastleigh most recently.

The guy's won successive pomotions. He's won the right to be trusted and not have 'help' from anyone imposed on him. To tell him he should would be nuts and insulting.

So no need to employ any more staff then ? I didn't say that, he's certainly done a very good job though! I mean he came in on the 2nd of March and since then 10 wins, 2 draws and 1 defeat in 13 games. What a fantastic job Will Dubey has done!

Can you confirm he has had a direct input into DC's selection and tactics for those games ?
