Who have they got to step up in his place from the coaching staff, anyone with experience ?

apparently never went down too well with the veggie king when Pennock sent the fact hunt bottle a of champagne for winning the league, but guess he's[Pennock] jacked off as Vince off loaded their groundsman and he is having to prep the pitch

Their form has been dreadful in recent weeks, probably a reasonable decision / gamble.
With a bit of luck Grimsbury will be a League club again on May 15th.
