Two points off 3rd place Stanley. Point might be crucial. Two lost to Stanley. One gained over Plymouth.

Fantastic fighting spirit. Excellent point. Big question has to be asked though - did we have the wrong starting XI? Ironically an unchanged line-up for the first time in ages. But you have to question the inclusion of Lawrence over Montano. Pretty much every time Montano has come on things have changed for the better.

Great fightback, our fate is in our own hand, or feet, five games five wins would surely do it, easier said than done i know but today must be good for confidence. utg

That does give us an advantage. Permutations, eh? Now to check who Stanley have to play.

We attacked the space, moved the ball quicker and had width and pace. . FAntastic draw feels like a win because up to 75 minutes we were awful.

That was tough to watch and can't believe we came away with a point. We looked dead and buried at 2 nil. I think the changes made a massive change. If only we had started with Montano.

It does seem that Lawrence is a favoured son of DC but, last weeks free kick aside, I fail to see what he brings and especially in an attack minded role ? Not looking to scapegoat but there's a very thin line between keeping a player, in this case Montano, interested and in having him get fed up of always coming second to others. It's DC's call end of day but I don't get it.

Accrington run in is not that tricky. Maybe our chums at Wycombe can do us a favour. Accrington v Morecambe Sat 16 Apr 15:00 Hartlepool v Accrington Tue 19 Apr 19:45 Accrington v York Sat 23 Apr 15:00 Wycombe v Accrington Sat 30 Apr 15:00 Accrington v Stevenage Sat 7 May 15:00

I think that's a good day at the office for us. 2-2 away at a side that has been comfortably the class of the league this season is a good effort.
Our run in looks handy. 5 games, 3 of them at home and none of them against sides who look particularly good. We do need some help elsewhere now but it is definitely game on.

If we take 15 points out of our last 5 games, does everyone think that'll be enough for third?

Still too close to call. At 35 minutes apart from us losing so were all the others, except Accrington and it could have looked better if we got a point. But it all changed over the next hour and I think that's going to go on until end of season. If it changes in the space if a match it will happen over 5 matches. We play one match at a time, the next match Yeovil is the most important of the season now. Still think we could win all 5 of the matches but that is a big ask. We must concentrate on what we do and try and forget about others....easier said than done. If we could win back to back wins in next 2 matches it will put the others under great pressure. The last two away games will not have the quality that the last two have had and that should give us more incentive to go forward and attack. Whatever, it's going to be close and might even go to last game. UTG!
