this is [imo] another shout from the premiership to reduce the game time they play,namely the "top 8 " teams in their quest to avoid either having to partake in the competition or get rid of it altogether , this is an invitation only event as far as i am aware, just don't accept the invite if you think you are "overworked" poor souls
