According to the BBC report the new stadium would have a capacity of 6,000 but the land the current stadium is built on couldn't be developed, as it is community asset for sport. Why not develop the current stadium if the land can't used for anything else other than sport ?

Something funny is going on here and none of it is in the interest of TUFC.

Something funny is going on here and none of it is in the interest of TUFC. Things like this are always a possibility when you lose control of your own stadium.
