Twentyman apologising for it to an outraged caller afterwards only gave it more weight, really!

Missed the interview does anyone have a link sorry no link but hes upset the inbreds in bs3Beating Yeovil and upsetting the in-breds in south Bristol? That's a good days work that is, keep up the good work that man. Who knows, they'll be spitting at Steve Cotterill and their own players anytime soon. They usually do at times of stress.

Bit sensitive in BS3 are they.
Has the Cotterill out brigade started yet?
Bit Holloway esque mentioning the city result by DC

From otib Did you just hear that b***end Darryl Clarke on RB, when his interview finished, he didn't think he was still on air, and asked by 20pence whos score he was looking for, he replied " I wanna see how them down the road got on, oh 4-2 happy days " What a **** !!!

If those inbreds want to see a plonker they have only got to look at their dug out and listen to their post match interviews to see that SC is the biggest plonker of all time. Even beating Sean odium all to that title.

Without wanting to sound like a moaner, it does make me worried that we had so many shots that it took until the final minutes to win it. We are not going to get this every match. Very worrying. With Harrison only managing the one goal from many attempts and dominant play. He should easily be hitting the net roughly 2 to 3 times a game with all the chances created.

You obviously missed last Saturday's farce then. Very much like last season, when all the halfwits thought the season was all about the first game and not the following 45. It's going to be another long season with the educated moaners expecting a win every game again. After all we are the mighty Bristol Rovers and splash the cash

Ooops a daisy, don't agree with match officials...
.....let's have a barny shall we?
Hmmmm we had that many times last season but had to take it.
What is different? It's about discipline (however hard it is to keep control) isn't it?

Could be worse. We could support a rubbish Yeovile heading for non-league.

Thank you forever, DC and Lee Mansell, for turning that troublemaker into our top scorer. Get in Ellis!!! What are you talking about? He never was a ''trouble maker'', he was a young man with a serious situation in his private life, whilst that was going on he wasn't focused on his football. very good point but i liked the way dc decided he was a striker and not a winger and has stuck by that to ever increasing effect

Well I reckon its a safe bet neither of you were at the game today. Their keeper played a blinder.

Sat in Main Stand today amongst Yeovil fans. Great match to watch, Rovers played some very good football and fully deserved their win. It was touch and go but just as at Wembley it was the result that mattered. Now we are up and running. Goalie looked good, made an excellent save just after halftime and did all the catching from corners very confidently. Thought James Clarke and Leadbetter played very well and Ollie C and Lockyer looked comfortable. When Easter came on I thought he looked good and his skill and guile certainly made a difference. Stuart S was excellent. This guy is so fit, he was at their midfield all afternoon, never letting them settle. I'd like to see the stats on his tackles because Lines, Clarke and even Leadb picked up all the second balls after his tackling and set us on the attack, Well done SS! Once again DC made a brave call with the 2 subs replacing 2 players who were playing well. It certainly made a difference and just when Yeovil thought they had weathered the storm we scored. I think he gets better and better, I like to see him making important decisions and unafraid to risk defeat when chasing a win. The one disappointing aspect were the crosses into the middle. Some were poor and we did better when we looked to play behind their defence or through the middle. It got better when the 2 Ms came on. Yeovil fans were surprised at how well we passed the ball and they admit they are in for a long, hard season. But... Yeovil were one of the poorest teams I've seen. It looked like they have signed a lot of players because they had to. They had no system, didn't pass the ball and I doubt if Sturrock knows his best team. I think they will struggle. Rovers won't play them every week and won't find such a poor team for a long time and we did struggle to score. I hope we can take some confidence from this and stick to playing this way because we did play well, players looked comfortable on the ball, passed to each other and some good partnerships are forming. UTG!
