Seems mean of Lucas not giving Bodin the chance to get his 3rd! I Know he got his 3rd in the end but usually when someone is on 2, if a penalty comes, they get the chance to get the 3rd. I noticed there is someone called Slocombe on the bench. Who is that? I thought Montano was suppose to be playing? I wouldn't have mattered, penalties don't count as goals. Does that mean that we aren't promoted after all? Bet Mansell wishes he didn't kiss Clem's shiny bald head now. |

Bodin looked a class above which, was pleasing. I'd like to see how he gets on against Arsenal & Reading because I feel he could be a good acquisition. Mildy said that the Salisbury game was his first 90 minutes in 18 months so it's good he's getting game time at the moment.

Jake Slocombe is an ex-Mangotsfield lad. Came up through the youth ranks playing in the Somerset Floodlit League and Cup double winning side. Spent a year in America playing football and also represented Rovers futsal side. Gas through and through and no matter what happens his Dad who was there last night would have been bloody proud. Is his dad Gary ? |
