They are sneaky but this is the way big companies work. It's our own fault having lost the opal revamp on the MEM due to a weak contract. We should have learnt the second time and made sure this contract was legally binding even if it meant extra proof reading. I am afraid Nick Higgs is becoming Nick fighting the world.
Also we should stop making excuses people don't like it and it only add's to anger and frustration.
