C'mon rovers c'mon rovers
Or in the words of the inimitable Nick Day, "Come on you Rovers, come on you blues" with the option of being accompanied by a lot of wheezing and coughing.

Setting off in about an hour from deepest Hertfordshire. Failure is not an option and I am expecting a professional performance against an average conference team. A win by two clear goals, setting up the Alfreton game where I shall also be in attendance.
I have a feeling that Gateshead will hold Barnet to a draw. Memories of Barry Hayles and that headed winner against Brentford on the last day which took us into the playoffs with Fulham (I think it was) screwing up on that last day.

No Fulham got in and played Grimsby. We finished 5th.

Barnet will almost certainly get something at Kidderminster so this is a "must win" for the Gas.
I'm sure the lads will do us proud today. 3-0 win for me.

Good luck everybody, sing loud and hopefully you will bring 3 points home. Can't be there today (or listen) as I have a hospital appointment.

Barry Hayles scored the goal when we were down to to ten men after JC broke his leg.It set us up for a playoff semi vs Northampton. We destroyed them and were 3-0 up but the let a late Gayle goal in at the mem then the Cobblers smashed us 3-0 on the tuesdau.I was 16 at the time and it wrecked my summer. Two season after that was the begining of our long decent to non league.

Is Dawson not eligible to play today? I thought it was just Alfreton he would miss?
I'm not too sure about changing formation in such an important game after such a good run. Very worrying.
I see that Easter hasn't travelled - another injury setback?

I'm very uneasy about that level of tinkering.

I'd be happier if Leadbitter was playing.

I'm very uneasy about that level of tinkering. Only one change - Blissett for Dawson who, according to both forums, was not worth playing last Saturday. So not much tinkering at all. Blissett is there because Dover are a big physical team so we need a big presence up front to counter them.

There are as many questions as answers in today's line-up.

We should be good enough in all departments to take them.
Go Gas, go..
