If the police want a game moved, it'll be moved. Public safety will trump TV companies. Though we'll be the ones to move as FL divisions must all kick off their last games simultaneously. I think you will find when it comes to cold, hard cash, any other thoughts go out the window.

I think that if the FA want to avoid any embarrassment and accusation that they are putting TV money before peoples safety they need to ensure that their referees ensure that we win this godamn league!

To be honest, I don't see the point in the rivalry. It's like 'oh your team plays in the same city as mine, I hate you!' But when you watch England you're all best mates. try drinking with city at an england game mate, wont be friendly banter for long, imho

You're probably not an git like me then but you're right I should probably grow up and behave but being an old git I choose not to . And my sheed brother in law will never be my best mate either , although I do like him . One year I bought him the history of Bristol C*ty post war years for his 60th birthday but took out the contents and stuck in the history of Rovers instead, it wasn't until a week or so later that he noticed, called me all sorts but I explained there were more pictures in the Rovers copy so it would be easier for him to 'read' ! It's a little bit like the England v Wales rivalry in rugby, blokes who I get on well with throughout the year get snotty during 6 nations games because I support England, so of course had a big smirk on my face this year !

But how much are BT paying for the Play Offs, more than the £6K the home team gets for a normal league game? If the police want a game moved, it'll be moved. Public safety will trump TV companies. Yes, but it's not about what the team gets, it's about how much BT paid for the rights and whose palms they greased.

Absolutely no idea how a city of almost half a million will be able to handle 24,000 fans on the same day.
Can we call in the National Guard?

Absolutely no idea how a city of almost half a million will be able to handle 24,000 fans on the same day. Can we call in the National Guard? Well Avon & Somerset finest deemed it not possible for us to play at home a few years ago because Paulton Rovers were playing Norwich!
