...why?
Have we said all there has to be said? We are 2nd in league and probably very happy to be there....some of us demand better, but hey, each to their own!
So....inane question of the day....has anyone met a random GasHead in a random place?
I went to Gateshead for weekend this month, and the guy whom served me fast food grew up in Bristol!

When on holiday in Cyprus in the eighties stopped of at an isolated bar in the middle of no where we were served by this huge Greek guy in a dirty white vest he spoted my rovers tattoo and informed us in good English that when he lived in bath during the seventies he was a professional wrestler and used to go to eastville to watch the speedway he said that out of curiosity went to watch the gas once and was a regular then until he returned home I took it all with a pinch of salt until we asked for the bill he said the beers were on him and as we left he stood outside to see us off and bellowed out "hello hello tote end aggro " we laughed all the way back can anyone remember him he was about 6 foot 6 and 25 stone

Anyone remember the beginning of the season and Clarke "didn't know what he was doing and we'd soon be playing Weston? Well guess what; they were wrong. Now had they kept Ward as manager...............................

Ermm.....we weren't in League 2 at the beginning of this season ? but we might have been if we'd kept Ward as manager (who you might have noticed also wasn't here at the beginning of the season). No one has any idea if Ward had been retained where we would have finished, we can merely speculate and no it hadn't escaped my attention that he wasn't here at the beginning of this season..... If what we were told at the Q&A session is correct Ward didn't want to remain as manager because of personal family reasons so it appears we didn't really have the option to keep him until the end of last season so there's not a lot of point in discussing it. If he had been allowed to go when he first requested his release earlier on in the season (again revealed at the Q&A session) we might not be having this conversation but we are where are and have to get on with it.

And who told you all of that, was it the same person who held him to his contract despite his reluctance to do the job?

One away win and didn't score more than one goal away from home in a single league match under Ward in 13/14 wasn't it?
