not Rovers, but just posting to say what a cracking cup tie I thought that was. ManU's pressing game against Arsenal's fall-back-and-pass game. With a great first goal from Arsenal
and the ref getting the decisions right, including the yellows for simulation (in the last few minutes, just before Fergietime, would never have happened before) and with the red for grabbing his shirt
I don't watch a lot of top-level stuff, apart from the Champions League, but I thought it was a belter

Would just like to confirm that this is a Rovers forum. Let's keep the plastic clubs away shall we?

Was a fantastic game of football.
Nice to see a game of this magnitude live up to the hype.

Hell of a match and a great advert for the FA Cup, again. This season has at least renewed the love affair with the cup, which is excellent news.

Would just like to confirm that this is a Rovers forum. Let's keep the plastic clubs away shall we? Bristol Rovers used to play in the same division as one of these clubs so it's good enough for me.

The FA will want to make an example of him. Although the ref booked him they will say that he wasn't sure what happened as it was behind him. Lengthy ban coming up. And rightly so. Ref was superb, as far as I could see he got everything spot on. Delighted to see the rules being applied fairly and evenly at Old Trafford for the first time in a quarter of a century.
