Couldn`t disagree more. Dawson should have been on at the start of the second half. It`s beyond me why Clarke put Balanta into an already crowded midfield, when width was needed against Braintree`s ten men. Not good management at all. I was a bit shocked at his article in the EP. Was very downbeat about expectations being high etc. Would like him, for once, to say we are up for this. CAMAAAAAN !! His way of trying to take the pressure off, I was not (in ways still need to be convinced) but he is doing it!

A month into the season, barely anyone even gave us a chance of the playoffs.

Thought Dawson made a huge difference when he came on. Not sure what Blissett or shall I say Bambi yet brings to the party, needs to get himself on the weights!
On a different note their number 15 looked decent, caused us no end of problems and good with the ball

I thought Dawson was very good tonight (just thought I'd redress the fact I called him a bit poo on Saturday).

Another change from DC gets us the win!
Glad Harrison tucked the winner in, giving he missed the easiest chance in the history of football!
Onto Geordie land!
Have a good evening dudes! UTG!

"Bristol Rovers played for over an hour, at home, against ten men from a team in the bottom of half of the league. Yet they only limped home with a late winner. Surely on a par with their crappy 1-0 win against Altrincham at the weekend." Cracking stuff, that whole board has been a corking read all week

One for the stattos, when was the last time we topped a league ? I'll have a guess and say for those few short hours after we beat AFC Wimbledon on the opening day under Buckle.

Masterstroke by DC bringing Dawson on with 20 minutes left, we needed his quality and skill to be as fresh as possible when Braintree's legs had gone, and the loan man delivered, keeping him on the bench will do him no harm, DC did it with LDV, keeps them keen and hungry. Couldn`t disagree more. Dawson should have been on at the start of the second half. It`s beyond me why Clarke put Balanta into an already crowded midfield, when width was needed against Braintree`s ten men. Not good management at all. This What is DC on? A very average non league team, for the majority of the match playing with ten men. We had Gosling standing out on the wing alone for the whole of the first half, completely ineffective.
Why oh why are we so defensive
Very poor tonight, but lets take the three points

I think Iam correct in saying that is our last night game this season where as other teams will be playing twice a week we have quality players to come back surely it's in our hands now if we keep up our average ( just under 2 points a game we will be champs ) not everyone can take maximum points we just need to grind out results 1 nils will do .i think will get promoted at Dover hope I am right don't think my heart could take another last day collapse We play Aldershot at home in a night game.
