BSS has stated that the review is currently on going,
When Twentypence interviewed Higgs in 2014 (Telford at home?) that the review was complete.
When questioned about the review a couple of months later, Higgsy, stated that it is still an on going process....
I can't wait for the next fans forum as I'd love to pop alone and interrogate him about it!

presumably it will conclude that their team has a serious discipline problem, led by a manager in total denial. So glad we have DC. |
