Not a moan, a genuine question about priority group 1 purchasing. I've taken a year out of having a ST, so I have a helpline membership to keep priority.
When a season ticket holder phones, why do the club still insist on making fans post in the voucher when as helpline all I have to do is give my membership number? Surely both systems should be set up the same and only require a number (or password) to be crosschecked on a screen?
Just seems crazy that one membership is so much easier than another?

Don't know. Its a pain in the arse though. Shouldn't be that difficult to get a priority 1 ticket as a ST holder in this day and age. Should be able to order online and use a code off the voucher.

The idea makes perfect sense. So don't expect Rovers to implement it!

Just had the same issue. Ordered 2 tickets over the phone - one with Helpline membership and one with my Supporters Club membership.
Have had to send off my Supporters Club card in the post but they were happy with my just giving my Helpline number.
Strange and illogical.
