I am only sharing from a good sources I have. I was correct about Trash not appealing the judge decision and the English Heritage challenge. So I can confirm " The decision was made on December 4th and the cut off date was January 15th. At the end of play today no 'legal challenge' was made which had a cut off date yesterday 15th at 5 o'clock ( 6 weeks). Maybe the club will confirm this or deny it ? Not sure the club will want to confirm their are now no planning obstacles stopping the development proceeding when there's clearly now something stopping the club breaking out the bubble? Perhaps it's time somebody, outside of the club, sort answers from Sainsbury's? Where's Charlotte Leslie & co now?

However: based on my information being correct which I am very very confident and wouldn't post it otherwise. Surely : this puts us in a stronger situation to take legal action and press for proper compensation. A late challenge would of reinforced Sainsbury's case that they are trying but was turned down once and a long late legal challenge is now upon them. It could mean the difference between a few million and now 'proper compensation'. What's holding back Sainsbury's now ? And why aren't they building ? A Legal judge may ask!. Afterall: everything is ready and legally passed now. The big question of course is how much

However, have all the i's been dotted and the t's crossed as until we get to that stage, Sainsbury will just say the Contract terms have not yet been met and they need to do nothing until we get to that stage.
When that has been completed, the Contract says they must pay us within 30 days.

Some statement must be very close regarding the mem sale as Higgs stated feb/march work would begin on the uwe so maybe this is one if not the last hurdle the club can face? I think it is now solely down to sainsburys making the statement that they don't want to make which is........ We no longer wish to buy the mem?

But do they have to make a public, rather than a private (to NH) statement under the confidentiality clause of the agreement?
As far as i's etc dotted, how long can they take given we've waited 2 years already?

Perhaps you can cut and paste the clause that says just that. Sounds like BS.

If it is Sainsbury's, who have already confirmed that they don't want to complete, then Higgs is screwed. If it is Higgs delaying it then come on son, let's be avin you.

You were obviously not there.

When do we start the Bristol Rovers liberation front, if they do not buy the mem there is one easy solution we all go to a sainsbury's and fill up a trolley and just walk out the shop leaving them with 6,000 trolleys to empty every week in there store. This is peaceful direct action which would get a result.

I'm amazed that no-one is asking for confirmation that ALL contract conditions have now been met, it is the fundamental part of the Contract.
The question of Sainsbury not wanting to complete is another matter

I wonder if the waived onerous conditions will crop up. I would hope they were waived in a signed legal document

Correct, but now I understand from where you've got your information I'm even more convinced it's BS.

So are you implying that Bristol Rovers have the power to complete the conditions but are reluctant to do so for one reason or another? I'm assuming that the only reason they wouldn't want to complete the contract is that the figures don't stack up and they can't afford to build The UWE. So we could be in a situation where neither side are keen to complete the deal but if Rovers admit it they will lose any right to compensation if any were due.

He has also given various other dates such as the end of May and over the summer.
TW also confidently predicted that the diggers would be "on site in September". A statement which, as more information came out, was exposed as a complete and utter fantasy. He also tried to blame the delays on people being on holiday.
This is the sort of people you are dealing with.

There is NOTHING I said that indicated or implied that BRFC are reluctant to complete all terms of the Contract, that is a farcical statement.
NH wants his "loans" repaid and from what I gather, the sooner the better.
It appears certain supporters still have an "agenda".
