Headline says it all really ....
January window ...two or three in ....push on!
Now I'm more concerned we could lose two or three and lose our momentum.
As usual those in the know thrive at this time of year but a massively important month for personnel. With the crowds we have been getting if Wattola cannot get the sums right again he will single handedly derail the season so far. If however the Board finally stand up to be counted I think we could well go up as Champions ! Albeit a Wembley pay day would set the club up very nicely!
Exciting but nervy times in my household.

Unless DC or some other team management member is posting on here there is no one "in the know" just BS and waffle.

There won't be massive changes that's for sure. A few loanees will return to their clubs and a bit more tinkering around the edges but nothing too serious to worry about pal!!

For what its worth I am cool about it . I don't think anyone of note will go and we might bring a couple in . Also I have seen Barnet a few times this season and imho we are far better . I expect us to catch them up and pass them in Feb

Martin already has gone back. Am certain we'll have at least a couple in shortly based on all the noises coming out of the club. Who they are remains to be seen

Spiess would have been a good addition but his club probably don't want to part with him, just lent us a hand when we needed and that was that. Martin also may be on his way but good riddance, don't need him anymore. That aside I can't think of anyone else going away

He filled a gap and done well v Welling, but made too many schoolboy errors for my liking. Luckily, they didn't cost us results, but he is far from the finished article. I prefer Milds/Puddy.

No doubt the available funds within the wage budget will have been affected by the new injury to Ryan Brunt. I would be delighted with just someone like LDV for the right wing, although when when Parkes and McChrystal play at the back with Lockyer on the right they won't see too much of the ball as it seems to always go down the left!

Marcus speaks ~ www.bristolrovers.co.uk/news/article/assistant-manager-on-the-festive-period-the-transfer-window-and-more-2185734.aspxInteresting soundbites ~ “We have a good group of lads here, all of whom we can trust, and they deserve a great deal of credit for looking after themselves. The senior players in the squad help out the younger lads and lead by example. We can give them days off because of their tough schedule, but they have to do the right things on those days off and I think you could tell from those five games that they all prepared in the right manner.” “We have a good scouting network and have a team of half a dozen scouts who we trust and who understand what we want back from the games they cover. The fact that future opponents Woking and Braintree are in action this weekend gives us a good opportunity to take in their games.” “In addition, we need to recognise that the manager has created a superb team spirit in the dressing room and any new players have to fit into that in terms of personality and the way they train.” Mostly what you would expect but interesting about attitude of players, trust and the scouting network.....

Sounds about right re: trust. Can't see many of this lot partying at the wrong time, eating the wrong things etc. He's right, it does show.

Danny Kedwell has joined Ebbsfleet from Gillingham on a free. Hell of a signing for that level, Ebbsfleet obviously have some money to chuck about
