Obviously I've seen players taking drinks during a break in play whilst the game is in progress, but I've never witnessed the players being fed biscuits whilst the game is actually in progress. Presumably it's within the laws of the game to do so?
Or maybe it's just not covered.

I've seen a goalkeeper at Southern League level with a packet of Haribo in the back of his net, he offered us some. Pleasent chap.
