What a comparison, Dortmunds supports is something else, I miss the songs that used to be sung, the variety, last time I watched Rovers it was only the tune pinched from southampton, and the depressing sounding mildenhall, mildenhall, about as inspiring as a wet weekend in Brean.

English football supporters don't like people to sing for 90 minutes.

The atmosphere has been pretty good this season for home games considering what the fans have had to put up with over the past few years.
It's always like this leading up to xmas anyway. Last season was the same. So was the season before.
It's when you get to the nitty gritty last few months when there is something to play for that supporters seem to come together more.
Problem is the good support/atmosphere over the past few seasons have come when we have been fighting against going down!
It will pick up next year if we are up there.

sometimes people mistakenly feel that any club with half decent results will be enough to get the crowd going.
bottom line is that we don't often play attractive, attacking footy, or score goals.
i suspect the barnet fans are happy. they see goals, and from what i have heard, attacking footy.

I'm quite pleasantly surprised how many young people there are in attendance.
