I know of 3 others , 1 had his sentence reduced from 33 months to 21 months for his part in City v Rovers , another also had his sentence reduced in regards to the Mansfield game much in the same fashion as the chap in the post ,another has an appeal lodged for the September 4th shenanigans, sentencing is my opinion far too harsh and in regards to the Mansfield game The district judge Lynne Matthews seems to be on some kind of crusade against Rovers fans yet she let's paedophiles off with counselling . I know for a fact that they allowed circumstantial evidence to be heard in court which sealed others fate and subsequent sentencing , for example guilt by association.

I did an 'A' level in Law some years ago. really enjoyed it. fascinating.
One thing I really hated was how some judgements seemed to 'make an example of a person'. The law is not there to make an example of anyone, in fact it is there to do exactly the opposite; to treat people the same whoever they are.
Thank god for sentencing guidelines and reviews, the former of which this judge seems to have thrown out of the window.
