By the time Tubbs is available, which is Jan 1st we will be so far behind Barnet that our only hope is the lottery that is the play offs,if we are still in touch I think that depends on whether we can continue to grind out the results ~ win at home and draw away. It also depends very much on our next game with Barnet which I believe, without a new striker, will impact on us psychologically. Win and there will be no stopping us. Lose and then we may be in the position you speak of.....

while the need for someone to put the ball away regular is required, and prefered, if rovers continue to win buy the old arsenal 1-0 jobbie, then that will surely do, boring yes, but in the final adding up its points that will make the final outcome what it is, if you are just getting by with the 1-0 result then it may induce the opposition into the "we have a chance syndrome" if you are winning 4-0 5-0 this will probably will frighten the lower placed teams into slamming 11 in front of their goal,

Winning 1-0 every week is great.
We've won two out of our last six, I think?
