I quite like Cunnington - good old fashioned honest Centre forward - has probably found his level in the Conference. However I'm not convinced by Martin. He seems to have pace and some technical ability - yet holds back and seems reluctant to take a risk. I think he could be excellent - but has not proven himself in my eyes.

Yes and yes. I think Martin is underrated and he offers us something that we don't have a lot of in the rest of the squad. Agreed ! Keep both I think but we should wait longer as they are here till Jan ??. Both need to chip in with more goals (especially Cunnington) and assists.

Cunnington yes, Martin no. *THIS* From what I've seen of Martin thus far he hasn't done enough to warrant a full time contract with us. I might look to extend his loan, but no to signing him just now. Cunnington I would sign straight away, he reminds me a bit of Richard Walker.

Cunnington scored a shed load of goals in this division and is definitely imo a much better player than Harrold.Left wing last season we had the likes of Clarkson and Richards out there and Dave Martin is like having George Best in comparison..Yes they've both been inconsistent to a degree but we are in division 5 for christs sake and they are both decent players for this level.Keep both.

No we don't but I believe the pair of them are good enough to play a part in getting us up this season. The O.P asked if we should sign them up permanently and I think we should extend both of their loans until the end of the season and be in a better position to make an informed decision regarding a permanent deal at that time.

I'm amazed people see anything in Cunnington, very disappointing
Martin is hot and cold, regretably more cold than hot in last 4 weeks for me - I'd much rather have a Kaid Mohamed (who we didnt pursue as we felt he was a hot and cold player- arn't all wingers)
Real shame we couldnt have gotten Azeez or Coulthirst - those guys are constant threats from flank or up front and maybe a bit of quality from a young player from premier league/Champs club would give our squad a different option than hard work grit and determination all rest of squad have when trying to finish sides off

His he much different to the much maligned Harrold? I don’t think he holds the ball up well enough and his decision making around the box has been pretty poor in the last two games I have seen As we have signed Balanta, I can only assume, if he ever gets fit that Cunnington will be going back Martin. Hit and miss. Both are adequate Conference players, but we have enough of those now. Assuming we are up there or there abouts in January. Anyone we sign has to be good enough for League Two
