From the West stand it looked like their player took Puddy out as he (Puddy) was turning to rectify the misplaced pass. The ref even gave the Dover player a warning when the ball went out of play about 30 seconds later.

Sorry controversial, but I am definitely with totend on this. Puddy and 27 both turned as Trotman's misplaced pass headed towards goal. 27 decided to throw himself to the ground as he did several times later in the afternoon (often with hilarious effect). No foul committed, no penalty. Agreed, But Dover had a clear pen early in the second half when Martin (strangely in the right back position) tripped their guy up and then broke away with the ball - couldn't believe ref didn't give it (away team bad luck !!). Didn't get a good view of this from the North Terrace(!). However, when players throw themselves about at the slightest touch, it does tend to stick in the referees mind and genuine shouts can often get turned down. We've seen that with Ellis Harrison a few times.
