It seems to me that in the short term at least, we have had a let-off. If we had signed him up, approximately 2-3 months ago we would have been financially well out of pocket by now, and with only one appearance to show for it. Mind you I do think that when he achieves full match fitness, he would have been a good acquisition. But I quite understand the caution of the club.
Bad luck for Eastleigh though, eh? By ''pushing in,'' it has certainly worked against them, in the short term at least.

DC proving again he has the makings of a superb manager. The new policies that DC is implementing is our only chance of a bit of on the field success. Was good to hear from last weeks agm that there is also room in the budget for 2 more players, because the January window could be one of the most important windows we've had in years, because if we can strengthen in January rather than sign players to cover injurys, then we have a good chance of cementing a play off spot.

Let's hope he secures us a goal scoring striker then . As well as we're doing now our frontline ain't doing the business !

Not being at AGM was anyone clever enough to clarify if the 2 players are on top of what we have now or 2 players after the Martin / Cunnington loan deals finish?

"Superb manager" or just one who's got the common sense to listen to the clubs medical experts, unlike MM etc? Although for all we know NH might have made the decison for DC.

I was sceptical at the time we lost JT but having read Eastleighs comments on due diligence who is kidding who here.
Well done all at the club who said wait .... I apologise openly for my negativity at the time.
