After his stunning hat-trick (plus 2 assistances if I'm not mistaken), even though against a weak opposition, I raise the question again. Ask the question again when he starts producing the goods consistently, week in week out. As much as I understand - and partially share - your skepticism towards Harrison, he's not getting enough game time to be consistently bringing anything week in week out.

Sorry, still a work in progress to me. He's ok with the ball on a plate but even today he was still not battling for the ball. Three or four times in the second half he lost the ball and vented his frustration without turning and trying to get the ball back. Still too arrogant for me and not yet proved what he has to be arrogant about. That said he scored three and that is what we need most at the moment. If he keeps his head screwed on he could still make it, but nowhere near yet for me. how do you know hes arrogant?

We don't NEED everybody battling for the ball and would much rather we had two lazy b-----s who put the ball in the net. It is very easy to criticise, criticise criticise but sometimes praise is justified whatever the opposition and today the whole team played well. It really gets me that when players score they are labelled as lazy however they also get criticised for chasing everything and not scoring!!!

Harrison is labeled as lazy and arrogant because of his attitude last season both on and off the pitch, which is more than verified information and it is undeniable that he had an attitude problem - even the staff and himself admitted it.

Totally agree, even the great Geoff Bradford was labelled by some as lazy, but when then ball came in or around the opponents box he put the ball in the net, hard work is good but goals win matches!

The lad has the raw talent. Looks more focused and deserves a run in the team

It was nice to see my lad playing football today with me and shouting out not premier league players name but Harrison's name. All he needed was a role model, and a great bunch of lads who want to play football with a good manager who wants to achieve. NO JOURNEY MEN BUT TRUE PLAYERS, be our hero ELLIS.

Yeah, reading that interview he certainly sounds a lot more mature. Keep it up Ellis.

Harrison was man of the match yesterday, and not just for the hat trick. He also provided the 'assist' for two of the other goals, and linked up well with Matt Taylor. He looked like he wanted the ball, and he was working hard. In the past he's often seemed to drift in and out of the game, but yesterday was the best performance I've seen from him.
Of course it was against opponents from the Southern League, but nevertheless I think Ellis has done enough to earn a start against Telford.
