Cracking 80s/2000s tune. Should be backing track for some Game of Thrones montage of clips. I heard it in the pasty queue at Torquay on Boxing Day a few years ago, me and my daughter will never forget that. Good times. |

What a tune this is, a hidden gem found on Spotify. Ray Davies is a genius. Mother of Pearl by Roxy Music was influenced by this song definitely.

What a classy tune. Very clever lyrics, nothing for Ringo to do. How the parents take her leaving to be how they feel not about why she did it. Trust McCartney to paint the picture and tell a story in his usual 2-3 minute fashion. |
