a classic from The Man. not sure the band would approve though About heroine I found out recently... it’s a rather clever fake. 1. It’s like: what? 2. It’s: ...WHAT? 3. You notice the fingers on the keyboard are not hitting the notes in the right order. FAKE FINGERS! Unlike these fingers. Now this is proper fingers. And I like the taking a moment to focus before the kick off

You have to like Penguin Cafe Orchestra (though Bamber would disagree)... not a track I've heard before.

You familiar with this album? Not heard that either. Happy to listen to any new stuff. I only really listen to Radio 6 these days. Or XFM, Virgin, LBC and Talksport if I'm in the non-DAB car... Even Radio 6 is beginning to annoy me. Seems to be morphing into Radio 1 Extra recently for "yoof" listeners. With all the dire 'music' that comes with it. People talking quickly over a pre-recorded backing track does not constitute music. IMHO.

Or is “talking quickly over a pre-recorded backing track” just not up to a standard often enough? Because admittedly, “talking quickly over a pre-recorded backing track” does have its moments, its own subtle inflections...

And there is a further facet to this as well, in the subject matters of sensibility, the outcome where art encounters philosophy, where art has to be subjective for there to be no injustice - just natural rights and liberties. Where art can just, be.

And there is a further facet to this as well, in the subject matters of sensibility, the outcome where art encounters philosophy, where art has to be subjective for there to be no injustice - just natural rights and liberties. Where art can just, be. To expand on that thought. When we remember the past, sixties, seventies, (roaring twenties maybe for this forum) we remember the days with remarkable weather, the snows, the sunny days. But throughout the year, these days sit in fuzz of very nondescript days. And the same with music, as we remember sixties seventies, etc, it’s the cream of now that’s what I call sixties seventies we remember. But in any present, good examples are supported up there by an awful of lot of nondescript beneath them, battling various rungs of nondescriptness. Whatever era we put on the chart show or radio, or just about any album by just about anybody, they are not all going to be such standouts. Far from it.

How can Jefferson Starship be so sh*t? "We built this city on rock n' roll". Did you, did you really? Well that's patently absolute nonsense.
