. We are just not very good - we could resurrect Alf Ramsey to manage the current England team and we'd still be not very good. We're not one or two changes away from being decent we're a whole generation away. You can argue about 4-5-1 4-4-2, where Rooney should play, if Lambert should start, all of it. But those are debates that assume that we're starting from a good base - I don't see that at all. If we switched tactics it would take the opposition about 10 minutes to figure it out and shut us down again. We lack quality everywhere on the pitch and it looks like we lack motivation too now.
