This looks very interesting. A modular house for $10,000. It's been said many times that after WW2 many pre-fab's were built to house people. My experience of these old pre-fabs were that they were very comfortable to live in. My nan rented a prefab, it was lovely and very cosy in the kitchen and lounge where the gas fire was, very nippy elsewhere.
They've built something modular in St George Park car park, flats on stilts.
