just a sample of the extraordinary costs to this project,,, and the pitfalls of getting through red tape....... every inch of the way!!!!..whereas if this was China NONE of this would be even considered....... on a similar type of issue, on the housing development we have just moved to, the builders have had to build TWO bat accommodation units.... both of these are the size of a very large 2 car garage, one is on the limit of the development, the other in a more prominent position , slapped next to a house as if it were the actual garage adjoining the house, they are putting "sweetener offers " to try and sell the house,
