Winning at half time is always a good spot to be in so no complaints, still feel like we're capable/ should be dominating games more though.
Shout out to Luke Thomas who is simply everywhere and Taylor Moore who's been commanding at the back.
If we step up a gear second half this should be an easy win.

A deserved 1 0 lead. Some good football. Our defence is determined and disciplined, apart from a couple of free headers United had.We close United down well. Milango ( spelling) and Gibbons having a couple of tussles.Promise took the goal from a super Luke Thomas pass and he's a handful for United defence. Jake Garrett excellent, he'll keep the shirt i imaging.Hutchinson will be compete with Ward for a game.Conteh excellent too with Rael Satoriu ( spelling ) a busy bee, going close to scoring. So far so good.

Will 133 points be enough to go up?

Excellent second half performance and well deserved win.
We have a solid defence, top notch keeper and today we saw the attackers starting to click.
Things are on the up and the early signs are indicating this could be an exciting season.

up to 9th. 2 points off the play-offs Only conceded 2 stands out in the table as well. it’s not too bad from a tough run of fixtures to start a season. are we ballers this season?

Garrett seems a better team fit than Hutchinson at this early stage, far more tenacious and less ponderous. Great all round team performance.

Garrett seems a better team fit than Hutchinson at this early stage, far more tenacious and less ponderous. Great all round team performance. He needed that performance as last week he didn't seem interested.Well done to him for today. We have a tough run of games now and none will be as bad as today's visitors. Will give the new signing time to settle in and looking forward to Barnsley now.

Not a bad crowd after last weeks result and the opposition - 7,893 Thought might have been a few more with the signings though. I don't know about that, myself personally I believe with the potential we have, along with our city size we should be getting 8k-10k each week MINIMUM, especially now the stadium is starting to get redeveloped. No excuse really now.The board have put some cash into us also. Its time for Gasheads to show up. Next game is Wigan, that should be near 10k after the summer and a decent start. 7,800 is not that good a crowd.

Promise deserved his MOTM for his goals and leading the attack. The second showed what a difficult player he is for defenders.Raeol Satoriu was busy, unlucky not to score.
Our midfield trio were excellent today, especially Conteh and Garrett. Both could of also won the MOTM for their less glamorous performances. Jake neat and tidy with Conteh a very good replacement for the excellent but injury prone Jordan Rossitter. Collectively their positional discipline was first class.
Our defence was tough and organised.Tyler Moore looks like he's really enjoying being a Blue.Wilson apart from a poor header was good as was Mola. Luke Thomas super. Bryant on the other flank battled at the back and supported the attack.Griifiths played well when called upon,he's a decent GK.
When Cambridge had the ball we had good defensive shape and were ferocious in our determination to win the ball back.United spent a lot of their possession passing across their back line because Rovers had the midfield under control.Impressive.
I enjoyed the game and the way Rovers played.Credit to Matt Taylor and it's the best I've seen of Rovers in his era.Very important we win home games against the likes of Cambridge ( all due respect ) and we did just that and deserved the 3 points.

Will 133 points be enough to go up? Not if it takes us three seasons to get them.
