If you don't personally read this section,and it's only name calling and it doesn't go any further than that, then what's the issue? I honestly do not understand the constant threats of closing this section. There are only maybe ten of us or so, that really use this section daily,and most of us have either been called a name by someone, or have called someone something is the heat of an argument. Debates can get slightly heated at times on here,as it's a grown up forum page. I would rather it didn't happen, but I don't see the drama is abit of name calling in the heat of the battle on here, within reason that is. Some of it isn't in the heat of the moment, not that I'd use that as an excuse anyway. Some of it is deliberately goading. Agreed, and I have fallen victim to it in the past and reacted many times to it. |

Bloody interesting this. Not. Another post with zero links for us to read. Is anyone really interested in this guys media career and alleged misdemeanor? Couldn't care less. He basically,kind of...'cheated' on his wife without actually, getting his leg over, Right? I always thought he was very average at his job,and was a box ticker for the BBC.But I would much rather see him on TV over any of these no mark woman we have on TV nowadays. He has messed up his career for now ,as he was in pole position to take over from woke poster boy w**kie Lineker.🤮 But with it being the BBC, and that he is a box ticker,he will not doubt get a 2nd chance which I would not begrudge him TBF,as what actually did he do wrong? I just hope his kids are ok long term if Jenas and his wife spilt after this. You said Lineker again 😃  |

Life on Mars 😂😂 Its absolutely true and I have been in the workplace a lot more recently than you no doubt. I don't doubt you have been reported. It was your justification that made me smile. By the way, I work 37.5 hours a week for a large charity, just for clarity. |

Well they did give me the jobs that no one else wanted to visit (including management) because they knew that i wouldnt take any ****,so they couldnt do much when I was reported. tbh given your penchant for booze I think that its in your best interest to work as long as you can,that cheeky one at 10 would get earlier each day until you were pouring it on your weetabix. Do charities give diversity and inclusivity training now ? after Savile and the allegations about Brendon Cox I think that they ought to. |

Quite restrained behaviour for the BBC judging by their past scandals, perhaps the BBC HR dept will say that things are improving although more staff training is needed. |
