Mods, you do a great job but….
Why was the Rotherham match thread moved so quickly from the main forum to the archive Match Day Threads sub-board? Especially when discussion was still going on, albeit mine!!
If it is normal practice to move match day threads after 3 days no problem. I thought they remained for longer thinking I’ve seen them there after the Monday of the following week. If I’m wrong apologies but it seemed a bit hasty.
I would have liked to see the counter replies, if any, to what I’d said about Steve Evans being always interested in others views but perhaps my views were the problem and it was thought best to move the thread.

With the game this evening (debatable whether it is a truly competitive fixture or not), I moved the Rotherham thread. Feel free to air your views on Mr Evans or any manager... past or present... |

In light of the current violence court sentencing going on, I though of some people's views on him,and noted that one those sentenced was for singing " your not English anymore" aimed at the police...sure Evans and his like have endured a lot worse than that, so football fans en masse could well end up in the dock if they " went too far beyond the line" |

As I said, no problem epping. Thanks for your explanation, I understand why. It’s a tad silly of me to waste so many posts on a gob***** like him but I was surprised that other posters thought because he said something ‘nice’ about us he was ok. He’s not, he’s a convicted felon who is still working in the area where he was convicted and imo should have been given a life ban from football. Lots of unpleasant people working in football but once you are found guilty of a football-related offence, given a prison sentence, albeit suspended, then you shouldn’t work in football again. Only my opinion of course!
