Her profile picture on Facebook shows an angry little c**t She has always sent abusive replies to gasheads on fb. 8 month prison sentence not enough in my eyes. Be out in 2 months TBF, reading the other forum (obviously not this one), you would find some abuse to be well-deserved and even entirely merited. I struggle to believe that Facebook is any more refined. And in the photo above, she looks gormless (as if someone has asked a particularly hard sum) and not a hardened drug dealer. More like a school dinner lady gone off the rails. Let her do some time, reflect on the errors of her way and do some drug outreach work before reducing the sentence Wael. You employed a manager who served time for violent offences FFS.

Is the ban by Rovers or the court? A football banning order is given when being sentenced in court, the banning order stops the miscreant from being within a certain distance from a stadium on match day and there are passport restrictions. I was talking to a friend who has been a Rovers fanatic for years and she was telling me about young lads who got addicted to cocaine and died as a result,I know people who have died from drugs/alcohol,say what you want about the previous manager but he hasnt contributed to any deaths as far as I know. I saw a picture of some flags that Keysie has had made with the names of dead Rovers supporters on them,I didnt know all of them but of the ones that I did know the vast majority were heavy drinkers and/or drug users who died much younger than the age of average life expectancy... Rovers like to talk about being a "family club" now there is a chance for the club to do something positive by banning this person for life and warning others who think that selling their drugs at the stadium is a good idea that they will be banned for life too when they are caught.

Seems to have gone full circle, if people are using drugs to get fuelled up at football.
Back in the 90s people were saying that the acid house / rave scene had reduced football hooliganism, with the feeling from MDMA happiness (ecstasy) rather than likely to bring on a violent streak. Although, I don't think it stretched as far as rival fans hugging each other!
Personally I would have no idea - never felt the urge to punch anyone at football, nor take drugs, and don't really drink much alcohol.

I was a regular user at Rovers games back in the 70’s.
Mainly Rennies and Gaviscon.

If you need drugs and alcohol to be fun around, and like punching people, steer clear of me please.

I’ve never took drugs in my life but have to admit to failing a onsite drugs test for amphetamine apparently , the 2 nd test showed a very faint line so initially they said I’d failed again but after debates with my company I was passed , the company who did it admitted they’d had false results before . I spoke to doctor who said none of the medicine I was taking could cause that result , I queried whether the covid jab / flu jab I had just had could cause it , no real answer

I have never taken an illegal drug, and have never even tried to smoke. I do however drink excessively to make up for it. And conceding a last minute against Derby County at Twerton Park did make me feel quite violent for a couple of minutes. Nov 23rd 1991. Then I grew up. Notables. Shilton in goal. I think this is the game where Ian Alexander tried to kick Tedd McMinn into the Popular Terrace. Thems were the days.
