The bulls**tting MSM and our big political parties are obsessed with Farage and Reform. They are very worried indeed that an 'army' of people is created, like the Leave campaign millions and eventually takes Farage and Reform to power.

Oh dear The evidence mounts, from party members themselves "However, as the vast majority of candidates are indeed racist, misogynistic, and bigoted, I do not wish to be directly associated with people who hold such views that are so vastly opposing to my own and what I stand for,” she added. David also said she’d been “significantly frustrated and dismayed” by the failure of Reform’s leadership to tackle the issue, suggesting they “instead try to brush it under the carpet or cry foul play" Boom. www.politico.eu/article/nigel-farages-party-accused-racism-misogyny-by-former-election-candidate/The truth about eg Islam, immigrant crime, the need for stop and search etc was probably a little bit too much for her,it's after all not a 'nice' subject. She'll soon get fed up in the pointless, useless and confused Conservative Party, but I suppose it might be slightly nicer for her.

I think LiS it opens up ProBoards to a copyright challenge from the owners of the articles, in this case the FT. It is so easily avoided by supplying / posting a link to the original article. I have to say, being a bit mean perhaps, it beggars belief that certain posters appear incapable of doing that, as if it is some mystical AI/Tech futuristic task. But Oldie, you quite often post links that are behind a paywall. It's something you've done many times.

As it has been pointed out, she was a late 'entry' to Reform and there is no way she could possibly have met 'the vast majority' of Reform candidates.. A total non-story from a non-person. Yes, Reform has them all very worried.

But I am supplying a link that clearly I have access to which, if I do, is within the rules (if I am right), the FT actually states that in the copy and paste put up by Ltd, (which clearly is not within the rules) Anyway no big debate, that's upto the mods. More broadly it does bring in to sharp relief the level of understanding by some.

I don't know why you are attempting to be all high and mighty over this. I suggest you look at your own 'level of understanding'.

Boris is back, speaking up for the conservative message.Watching his speech, his message gets through and it's delivered with an ounce or two of charisma. A man that wins your party votes.
Then theres Rishi. Hmm.
Vote Reform.

Ed Sheeran describes all areas of London as "sketchy" regarding criminal attack. He suggests that you'll be okay if you don't wear eg an expensive watch.
What a dump our Capital is.
A reintroduction of stop and search, more Bobbies to do it and then harsh sentencing would help make our streets safe.
Vote Reform.

What the publishers want is a public recognition of the originality of the article and where it is published. By posting a direct link we are in fact advertising their product. That's what they want. If there is a paywall to get beyond the headline then that is a decision for the reader. But the publication is clear. Stop trying to create an argument where there is none

Boris Johnson’s surprise appearance at Conservative campaign rally..ichef.bbci.co.uk/news/594/cpsprodpb/vivo/live/images/2024/7/3/6891ff88-db0b-46ab-b285-8b82fe5aba11.jpgLet’s go back to last night when former prime minister Boris Johnson made a surprise appearance at a Conservative Party rally in Central London. Welcomed onto stage to chants of "Boris, Boris, Boris", the former Prime Minister thanked the audience for joining him at the late night event which he said was 'way past Sir Keir Starmer's bedtime'. It's the former Prime Minister’s first physical appearance on the campaign trail, after sending support to Conservative candidates through social media videos. Johnson said he was "glad" when Rishi Sunak asked him to help with the campaign and said "of course I couldn't say no". He went on to say that the one reason he was at the rally was because, like the audience "we love our country" and said "whatever our differences, they are utterly trivial by comparison with the disaster we could face if the so called opinion polls are right".
