It is a problem for our Democracy that politicians and wannabe politicians can stand before the public and lie about policy outcomes and proceed to gaslight the UK population by invoking nationalism and a false narrative on history.

Is this because it is relatively easy to become a " career politician".or because they are just that lazy to " get a proper job"
More protecting the vested interests of a certain class.
