I am looking to get to 2 mile hill from cheddar, route planner takes me bedminster.Temple meads. And out on to a420, asked to avoid clean air charge as my route selection, but surely TM is in the middle of the CAZ? Is this so.. anyone know for definite .. thanks for any answers

Iād be inclined to go via west harptree, pensford, and keynsham

A38,Highridge,Brislington and either across bridge over Feeder or Hicks gate and around the ring road.

Yes, Temple Meads is in the ULEZ. There is a music shop directly opposite which I visited recently and I found out then. Fortunately my diesel is a "clean" one. I can only suggest as an alternative getting on the A4174 (I think it is) ring road and going through Brislington, onto the Bath Rd to the roundabout at the edge of Keynsham. Thence on round the ring road to Kingswood where the A420 crosses it.
