I’m m baffled , I keep hearing it will be all milk & honey when they win the next election, young women said she can’t wait for a Labour goverment as she will be able to afford a house , holidays , money in her pocket , this seems to be the theme Yes I listen to a phone in the other day & the bloke who said he was a staunch labour supporter said to lammy you 5 years to sort this country out or you’ll be gone , lammy said it will take 10 yrs to make any meaningful changes , 10 yrs!!!! So what actually will be this milk & honey I keep hearing about , it won’t sway my vote Labour way , but maybe it won’t be the s**t show it always has been ?

Both Labour and Tory government policies have led us to where we are now. They have both created what we have. It is madness to expect those same parties to 'fix' it. Labour will get in, not because of what they can do, but because the Tories have been so piss poor. Angela Raynor as Deputy Prime Minister? Jesus wept!

So many hopeless and lightweight politicians, Sunak,Starmer,Shapps,Lammy,Raynor etc etc would be easier to name the competent ones but I cant think of any.
Up until last week I was blissfully unaware of the existence of William Wragg MP,I listened to the radio the other morning another MP was telling the nation that Mr Wragg shouldnt resign because sending inappropriate photographs to someone that he didnt know and then giving that person other MPs phone numbers was the sort of thing "that could happen to anyone" !!!!!
I think that anyone sending inappropriate photographs to someone that they dont know is 1.a bit weird...2.shouldnt be trusted in a position such as an MP...maybe normal behaviour for Westminsterland but not anywhere else.

Be interesting to see how long the Labour honeymoon period lasts....within a year or two no doubt people will be saying "we need to get this lot out". Reform taking a wrecking ball to the Tories now, hopefully will then start on the Labour government, would love to see Farage getting stuck into Starmer, would be hilarious.

Honeymoon period for Labour? 6 months - tops. They can't borrow any more. The UK maxed out on it's credit card with a massive over-reaction to Covid and badly handled furlough scheme (backed by all parties). Labour can't raise taxes. They are pledging spending on the NHS, education welfare state. Some of this is costed, fair enough. BUT. Can't wait to see all the public sector workers faces when they realise THERE IS NO MONEY FOR DOUBLE DIGIT WAGE INCREASES. The Tory party wasn't 'evil', there WAS NO MONEY. Tinkering with 'the system' will achieve f*ck all. We need to dismantle 'the system'. Only one part offering radical change. Reform.

As Starmer's popularity score is ' not that good' and seemingly still falling, I get the impression he won't be leader in office that long, also now as GM Police are to investigate Rayner over her lack of disclosure on the recent council house sale,a black mark is heading her way. The wonderful thing that the press like to get excited about..with a big spade....and the continuation,( possibly) of yet another Politician taking the + iss out of their position...gets more intriguing as we go into the lead up to GE( very late this year or January)

Rayner under investigation,Lammy under investigation..."meet the new lot, same as the old lot". Same old parties, same old policies, same old mistakes, same old incompetence, different day same old sh1t. That's why I'm voting for Reform.

To be fair we could do with another 13,000 coppers doing the Macarena with supporters of Hamas.
