Forgive me as I will sin! But on Tuesday at work AND whilst selling programmes and 50/50s before the Cambridge game, I will be wearing (apologies for the profanity) a City shirt in aid of the Wallace and Gromit Grand Appeal in aid of Bristol Children's Hospital. I know I will be wearing their shirt but I didn't expect Rovers to start playing like them! Any donations will gratefully be received. There is a collection tin at the SC shop and at my programme selling out by the Community Trust office at the top of the car park. The Just Giving page is www.justgiving.com/page/david-hewett-1710182357313?newPage=trueI am a Luddite so manually typed that! If it doesn't work google just giving David Hewett wrong shirt and it should be there. The company I work for, Broadstone Consulting Actuaries have a charity matching scheme for up to £250, so I am almost as my first target of raising £250 already and there are further pledges of donations once I have done the deed. Please don't let me suffer for nothing!

Glad to say I was back to beautiful blue and white yesterday.
My target was to raise a thousand pounds and thanks to the generosity of Gasheads, I will have smashed that, so many thanks for your support and the funny banter I received last Tuesday while wearing the red rag.
There is still time to add a donation on the earlier link and every penny goes to help babies and children at the hospital.

Have you bathed in acid yet to fully cleanse yourself and been to confession to ask for forgiveness ⚽⚽⚽

Well played Dave and what a worthy cause, just waiting for payday before making a donation.

And keep the shirt - might be useful for cleaning up after the cat/dog when it is sick behind the sofa.
