Got home yesterday to the wife saying I’d got a letter from Rolls Royce about my pension , which as I’d left 30’yrs + ago & as far as I could remember I’d closed it , had no correspondence since was a real suprise .
After checking ,i do apparently have a pension & im now wondering what other pensions I’ve forgot , and will they all be contacting me , amazing they’ve bothered after 30 + yrs , not really upto speed on pensions so maybe there’s some obligation to find anyone with one of there pensions .

I left RR in 2010 through redundancy and took my pension from them 4 years ago, hope yours is a nice sum that boosts up your life a little... |

I just left ( much to the annoyance of my dad ( manager ) , uncles etc ) I’m met a very hot girl ( now wife ) who lived up north & women are close to there mums / sisters so I moved that way , no job / accommodation etc , crazy decision really .
It’s all worked out but I do miss my family to this day , 130 mile journey is not like popping up the street , rovers the same , 260 r/t can be hard work after a loss , though forest / county / Mansfield / Lincoln / p/ bro / Leicester etc are just up road
I do wonder what would of happened if not met wife ( not so much earache ) but I’ve a good life so no regrets
