[ previously mentioned in the 'Rise & Rise of the Gas Girls' thread ] Went to see the film at Vue, Longwell Green last night. Very good. Enjoyed it and would recommend it to others (football fans in general, female sports fans and players). Seemed to be a lot of people there who I imagine are associated with women's football teams. Looks like the cinema run has been extended... David Goldblatt (shares his affections between Tottenham Hotspur and Bristol Rovers) features quite a lot. Interviewed in the documentary as an author and historian.
I wonder whether David has continued following Rovers? Whether he may have stopped under the previous management team?

And who loved both football and living in Bristol. Recommend his books
