He is no longer a director of the football club but remains a director of BRISTOL ROVERS (1883) LIMITED - Documents filed at Companies house wef 11.03.2024 Company Name: Bristol Rovers Football Club Limited Company Number: 00051828 Received for filing in Electronic Format on the: 19/03/2024 XCZ79DDK Termination Details Date of termination: 11/08/2023 Date of termination sounds... well very... final. Small note - Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought Tom Gorringe was the CEO (promoted perhaps beyond his abilities), and Eddy 'ehhhhhhh scouse mafia' Jennings was Director of Football. So I would conclude that Wael is now very firmly the minority share holder without any mates, or indeed influence at Board level. Not me having a dig - surely this was all obvious when Hussain AlSaeed took over? Although I believe that some people laughably thought they were "co-owners" and Wael would still be actively running the football side of things.

Although I believe that some people laughably thought they were "co-owners" and Wael would still be actively running the football side of things. Forgetting the minutiae of who says or does what, absolute control only occurs when a shareholder has 76% of shares issued. In that said shareholder can carry an EGM resolution. At 90% said shareholder can force minority shareholders to sell if a takeover offer is made. I believe the Al Quedis have 40%. That is significant and means the majority shareholders cannot do as they please. An AGM "show of hands" they would carry. But minority shareholders rights is a "thing" For eg "When relations break down with one or more company directors, we can help the company shareholders to see whether director removal is an option. This will often depend on the powers given in the articles of association or shareholder agreement" Shareholders agreement at BRFC Has anyone had sight of that?

As the late and great Dick Emery’s skinhead character used to say. Got it wrong again dad 🤣
