Having appointed the dreadful Ben Garner they have since obtained the services of Nathan Jones who is very much in the same mould.He did great at Luton but was dreadful at Stoke and out of his depth at Southampton.

Not sure what BG is doing now but he took over when GC had got us up to fourth when we won at Ipswich.
