After spending decades telling everyone who would listen about her native American heritage it seems that Buffy Sainte-Marie was making it all up and is a 'pretendian' a tribe in the USA including the likes of Elizabeth Warren (or Pocohontas as some call her).
Seems that Buffy Sainte-Marie could actually be of Italian and English heritage !!! she's one of our own (maybe).
A lot of real native Americans very upset and disappointed at the news,of course DNA tests are available but I doubt that option will be taken up.
I wonder who else is pretending to be something that theyre not ? Ali G was supposed to be comedy but real life situations like Buffys are funnier,are some people so desperate for an identity that they join extreme political parties or embrace a foreign religion ? so sad that they cant be happy being themselves.

It is weird when people do this isn't it. Alec Baldwin's wife claims to be Spanish and speaks English with a Spanish accent, yet she is born and bred in Boston ! Even though she's been exposed she still carries on doing it! |

She has played everyone and she should return every award and then retire into total obscurity. I watched the film again a few years ago and it hasnt aged very well,plus Candice Bergmann was very poor,it was made at the time when America was revising its history and also when the Vietnam war was happening,there were a few similar films and I preferred 'Ulzanas raid' |

'Sancheen Littlefeather' went to the 1973 Oscars in place of Marlon Brando in a protest about the way indians were portrayed in films,she gave many contradictory interviews over the years about her background,all this time her family were telling the media that her name was really Maria Louise Cruz and that she wasnt a native American.
Odd that the media never denounced these frauds years ago...as Trump says 'fake news'.

But it wasn't Rock Hudson it was Roy Harold Scherer, Jr. In the film he also pretended to be another person. He also pretended to be sexually attracted to women. Who knew? It's outrageous. These films, they are just not true. Fake fake we all cry. 😂😂😂😂😂 |
