I think there has been a bit of discussion around "popular music" and its relative demise over the last few years.
So - list by decade the best to the worst. 50's to 2010's.
I've pretty much totally given up on this decade unless Radiohead get back in the recording studio.
(Although the top two reflect my formative years, they are also my kids favourite decades).
1. 80's
2. 70's
3. 60's
4. 90's
5. 2000's
6. 50's
7. 2010's
